Upon check-in, a pet is given a collar engraved with the phrase "I am a Hotel Guest" along with pet shampoo from Hyponic, a hypoallergenic brand specializing in pets. The guest room also comes with pet dish, cushion, and pet diapers. There is an additional charge of KRW 55,000 per night per animal. Up to two dogs or cats weighing less than 10 kg each can stay with guests at the hotel.
