The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun operates an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The indoor pool located at the 20th floor fitness center allows natural light in through a glass window on the ceiling, and it is equipped with an automatic water temperature adjustment system and automatic water purifying system to maintain the water at a comfortable temperature. The roof top outdoor swimming pool connects to the indoor swimming pool and offers panoramic views of cityscapes and provides dreamlike relaxation.

* Reservation only (1 entry per day / 1 choice of indoor or outdoor pool).
* Pool hours are subject to change based on weather and hotel operations.
* The use of tubes, beach balls, toys and swimming equipment is prohibited for the safety of the customer.
(Kick plate / rocking for children, life vests available / baby life vests available on a first come first served basis)


* You must wear a swimming cap or cap when you use the indoor swimming pool. If you do not bring it, you can purchase it at the front desk. (Swimming suits are not sold / rented).
* The outdoor pool is open from 9:00 to 18:30 during July ~ August(Fri ~ Sun), 2024.
* Rooftop swimming pools can be restricted due to wedding event and rental events.
